Terms and conditions:

Our service is from hotel to hotel and reservation is needed to ride our buses.
By law, we can not accept passengers with no reservation even if they are in a hotel where we do pick up and there are seats available.

Cancellations free of charge can be made within 15 days prior to departure; after that term 100% of the rate will be charged. NO SHOW is charged 100% of the rate.

•  The pick up time may vary in a 15-minute interval. At pick up place the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for a customer as this is a shared service. If passenger doesn’t show after 10 minutes passed the pick up time it will considered NO SHOW and 100% of the rate will be charged.
•  Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one item of luggage. If the passenger travel with an additionalluggage piece it is considered as extra luggage and must be previously reserved. Extra luggage will be charge $10.00 each piece.  Carry-on items are passenger’s responsibility during the whole trip and should remain with the passenger at all times during the trip. A $10.00 fee will be charged for each additional luggage.
  This items require advanced reservation. We transport surfboards, bicycles, kayaks, but only subject to space and most  be notified at the momment of the reservation and we do reserve the right of transportation.
• The company will not be held liable for loss or damage to carry-on items not properly supervised by the passenger; This includes carry-on items incorrectly placed inside the luggage compartment. The company can not be held responsible for items lost or left behind in our vehicles.
• Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of the adult rate.
• Children between 6 months and 3 years of age must use a baby car seat for during the trip. These are provided free of charge and must be requested when making the reservation. All transfers include a 15 minutes rest stop.
• No pets will be allowed on the vans (except for guide dogs accompanied by their owners).
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone a journey free of liability on its part, when it must attend preferential obligations, such as the transfer of sick or injured persons, due to bad weather, or for any other cause for which it deems the suspension necessary, for passenger safety or to protect the Company ’s interests. As a consequence, the Company does not assume the inevitable obligation of transporting the passenger on the precise day indicated on this ticket for the trip or for a specified flight. Furthermore, it reserves the right of not accepting passengers that arrive for the service in abnormal circumstances that may place the security of the remainder passengers at risk, or that may cause them any type of nuisance.
