Each bungalow is furnished with a queen bed draped by mosquito nets and cooled by an overhead ceiling fan. Pillowed benches and a seating area offer other options for relaxation and the large tiled bathrooms with hot water are sure to please. Sip a glass of red wine from the “wooden chest” which is your Jungle Mini Bar and sit back and enjoy the stained glass in the door, wood beamed ceiling, and shutters handmade by Costa Rican artisans.
There are hammocks strategically placed outside so you can lay back and absorb the natural world all around you or just hang out and enjoy a good book. Of course your suite also has all that you would expect, such as a safety deposit box, ample closets and 24 hour electricity which is provide by hydroelectric and solar systems. AGUILA DE OSA INN

Aguila de Osa Inn is located in Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, situated on a high bluff overlooking the Aguitas river with panoramic views of Drake Bay. Reaching out into the Pacific Ocean along the southwest coast, the Osa was once described by National Geographic as one of the most biologically intense places on earth. Encompassing Corcovado National Park and Caño Island, two of Costa Rica’s most prized protected areas, the Osa Peninsula is a priceless natural treasure with an abundance of tropical plants, mammals, insects and over 350 species of birds.

Aguila de Osa Inn comes complete with 2 suites and 11 deluxe rooms, all of which are nestled neatly into the surrounding hillside. Hardly visible from a distance, the rooms are separated into three distinct clusters, each offering spectacular views of the lush, tropical jungle that surrounds the hotel. Resting high above the water’s edge, the rooms are open and spacious; with mesh windows to ensure a tropical breeze to pass through your room.
All rooms feature large Italian tiled bathrooms, cathedral style ceilings, hot water, ceiling fans, 24 hour electricity, hand crafted decor, in addition to drinkable well water that is UV treated with a micro-filtered system.
A well maintained cement trail connects the rooms with the hotel’s restaurant/office area, which during the evening hours is well lit to ensure safe passage to and from your room.

DRAKE BAY WILDERNESS RESORT
Location
Located on the Osa Peninsula, along Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coast, Drake Bay Wilderness Resort enjoys a remote, pristine setting, while remaining easily accessible from San José. Relatively little has changed here since Sir Francis Drake visited the natural protected bay in 1579 during his circumnavigation of the globe.
Amenities
The hotel has over 20 charming, tropical cabins available. Each cabin comes complete with hot water showers, bathrooms, porches, and a ceiling fan. All have a view of the bay, mountains and rain forest. Each cabin is always meticulously maintained for cleanliness. We also have rooms with air conditioning.
Tents are also available, furnished with twin beds, electricity, and a fan. A path leads to a nearby beach for sunbathing and snorkeling. Nap in the evening in one of the palm-shaded hammocks, or swim in natural salt-water tide pool.
A fully-stocked, open-air bar is a great place to relax and watch the warm colors of evening settle over the bay. Guests also enjoy three tasteful meals a day, featuring fresh caught local fish, produce, tropical fruits, and homemade breads and desserts. For your convenience, laundry service is also available.

LA PALOMA LODGE
Location:
La Paloma Lodge nests atop a high bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and nearby Caño Island, in Costa Rica’s isolated Drake Bay.
The resort is spread over 12 richly landscaped acres and surrounded by dense tropical rainforest. We have planted hundreds of plants and trees that are not only lovely to see but also attract a variety of birds and wildlife.

All of the rooms and ranchos at La Paloma are furnished with queen and single orthopedic beds, hot water showers provided by solar and propane heaters, and ceiling fans.
Each also boasts an artistically tiled private bath, expansive balconies with hammocks, varnished hardwood floors, and a breathtaking view of the Pacific.The Lodge faces west, the perfect direction to catch a magnificent sunset over Caño Island.
The seven deluxe ranchos are spread out amongst lush vegetation maximizing privacy and seclusion. Each rancho is perched on points overlooking the vast Pacific; our open-air ranchos allow you to be lulled to sleep by the rhythm of the surf and awoken by the symphony of the rainforest.

Flights norm ally leave between 8:30 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. from San José (Tobias Bolanos or Juan Santamaria airport). Your tickets will be at the Nature Air or SANSA airline counter. Flights have a 25lb weight limit for SANSA and 30Lbs weight limit for nature Air. Please try to stay within this limit, norm ally they will allow you to bring extra weight but you will be charged for it. If the flight is flying full you may be asked to leave some luggage behind. Most hotels in San Jose have a place to guard your extra luggage. La Paloma is not responsible if the airline is delayed or cancels due to weather.

Pirate Cove is a small hotel, consisting of comfortable cabins and bungalows, located on Osa Peninsula, the least developed and most bio-diversified area of Costa Rica. Here, you will experience the true pristine and nature beauty of Costa Rica and nearby Corcovado National Park.

Seven cabins are hidden among rainforest trees on our own 2 kilometer (l mile) deserted beach on the Pacific Ocean.

Punta Marenco
Location:
Punta Marenco Lodge is a small eco lodge, located North of Drake Bay in the south pacific coast of Costa Rica, The cabins are located in a little hill very close to the beach. The Lodge is part of the Punta Rio.
Amenities:
All cabins are built in harmony with its surrounding, due to the location of our lodge, the hotel does not have access to electricity, it has an electric generator that starts working at sun set and normally is turn off around 10 pm, that is why cabins have big windows with screens to let the ocean breeze cool you up.
Each cabin has a private bathroom with shower but not hot water, a king bed and a single bed, also a porch with ocean view

Marenco Beach & Rainforest Lodge
El Mirador Lodge
Location
Cabinas El Mirador Lodge is situated on a hill overlooking Drake’s Bay on the Osa Peninsula of the Pacific Coast of Southern Costa Rica. Because it is off the beaten path, Drake’s Bay has managed to preserve much of the pure, natural charm of its pristine beaches and lush jungles, teeming with wildlife and vegetation. Drake’s Bay is conveniently situated on the border of Corcovado National Park and only 12 miles west of the Isla del Caño, one of the best spots for diving and snorkeling in the region.
Amenities
All cabins are wooden made, rustic and simple. There were used original materials from the area as well as local man power; among them friends, relatives and the owners themselves.
All cabins have their own bathroom with running drinkable water, big windows covered with mosquito shields and curtains for privacy. There are 2 cabins that share a bathroom separated from both of the cabins.
On the summit there are four contiguous cabins and two other independent ones. They all have a balcony for bird-watching and a impressive view to the bay. These don’t have electricity which by the way gives them a romantic and natural adventure feeling.
The rest of the cabins don’t have view to the bay, they are scattered throughout the forest around. They are more private and have electricity and fan.
